1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and accessing the Small Business AI Playbook (“Product”) from Scalify.au, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not purchase or use our Product.

2. Product Description

The Small Business AI Playbook is a digital information product that includes:

• Curated list of 5 AI tools for small businesses
• Setup guides and implementation instructions
• Templates and frameworks
• 30-day implementation roadmap
• Digital resources and calculators

This is an educational and informational product. Results will vary based on individual implementation and business circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

• The Product is offered at the advertised price at the time of purchase
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Payment is processed securely through our payment provider
• Full payment is required to access the Product

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

1. Submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase date
2. Demonstrate reasonable attempt at implementation by providing:
   • Evidence that you’ve accessed and reviewed all core materials
   • Documentation showing you’ve attempted to implement at least 3 of the 5 recommended tools
   • Specific explanation of why the Product didn’t meet your needs
3. Contact us directly at kristian@scalify.au with:
   • Your order number and purchase date
   • Detailed feedback on what didn’t work for your business
   • Screenshots or documentation of your implementation attempts

Refund Process:

• Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
• We may request additional information to process your refund
• Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Requests made after 30 days from purchase
• Failure to implement or attempt to use the strategies provided
• Changes in business circumstances unrelated to the Product
• Disagreement with specific tool recommendations without attempting alternatives
• Multiple refund requests from the same customer for similar products

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the Small Business AI Playbook, including but not limited to text, graphics, templates, and frameworks, is the property of Scalify.au and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

You MAY:

• Use the Product for your own business purposes
• Implement the strategies and templates in your business
• Modify templates for your specific needs

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Product with others
• Copy content for commercial purposes
• Claim ownership of any provided materials
• Share login credentials or access with third parties

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Small Business AI Playbook is provided “as is” for informational purposes. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The suitability of recommended tools for your specific business
• Specific results or revenue increases
• Compatibility with your existing systems
• Continued availability of third-party tools mentioned

Your success depends on numerous factors including your business model, market conditions, implementation quality, and effort invested.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scalify.au shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Costs of substitute products or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. If any part of these terms is found to be void, unenforceable, or illegal under the ACL, it will be severed from these terms without affecting the remaining provisions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian Privacy Principles. By purchasing the Product, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described.

10. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the Product content periodically to reflect changes in AI tools and best practices
• Access to updates is included with your purchase for 12 months
• We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Product for violations of these terms, including:

• Unauthorized sharing or distribution
• Fraudulent refund claims
• Violation of intellectual property rights

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
