A Perth AI team, built for real operations.
Scalify is a Perth AI team for mid-size Australian businesses. We started with the industries that actually build and move things, because that is where the repetitive work is heaviest and the good tools are thinnest.
Who is Scalify?
A small, senior team based in Ardross in Perth, working with businesses across Australia. We build AI systems that run real operations, quoting, scheduling, follow-ups and whole office functions, for companies with roughly fifty to five hundred staff.
We sit in the practical middle of the market. We are not a cheap chatbot shop, and we are not an enterprise consultancy that prices out anyone under a few hundred million in revenue. We do real builds, at fixed prices, that you own outright. Our roots are in the industrial economy, construction, mining services, equipment hire and logistics, and the firms that serve them, because that is where we have seen AI make the biggest difference to the way a business actually runs.
You can see that work in our case studies: Better Looking Shutters, Shimicoat, JBP Consultancy and PSG Plant Hire, all Western Australian businesses whose systems we built and stand behind. At the larger end of our range, we start with a single department: a three-hundred-person company's quoting desk is a five-person team, so we pilot there, prove the number, then expand.
The people
behind it.
Scalify is led by Kristian Njegovanovic, its director. Kristian has been building software and automation for WA businesses since 2019; Scalify Pty Ltd was incorporated in 2026 as the dedicated AI practice. His rule is a simple one: no jargon, no hype, and never sell a business something that will not pay for itself. He is on LinkedIn, and so is Scalify.
Kristian leads every project, with senior engineers brought in as each build needs them. The people who scope your work are the ones who build it, from Ardross and on client sites across Australia. That is deliberate. It is how you avoid the game of telephone between a salesperson who promised something and a team who has to build it.
We would rather turn down work that is not worth doing than take it on and watch it disappoint. It is a slower way to grow, and a better one.
Kristian Njegovanovic, Director, Scalify
What we believe
A handful of things we do not compromise on, because they are the reason our clients trust us with the work that runs their business.
- We speak plainly. If you cannot follow what we are building, we have not done our job.
- You own everything we build, source and all. Always.
- A person stays in charge. AI does the repetitive work; your people keep the judgement.
- We build only what pays back, and we will tell you plainly what does not.
- We deliver, and then we stay close. The relationship does not end at handover.
Where we work
We are based at 19 Riseley St, Ardross, in Perth, and we work with businesses right across Australia, in person and remotely. Our roots are in Western Australia and our case studies live here, but the work travels.
We are not here to sell you AI. We are here to find the handful of jobs where it genuinely earns its place, and build those properly.
