Security and data handling, in plain language.
Straight answers to the questions every business should ask an AI vendor: which providers we build on, where your data lives, who can access it, and what you own.
Which AI providers does Scalify build on?
We build on models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft and Google, used under their business and API terms. We choose the model that fits each job, and we will tell you plainly which one your system runs on and why. We do not claim partnerships we do not have.
Does our data train AI models?
No. We use these providers under business and API terms, which means your data is not used to train public models. Your documents, your customers and your numbers stay your business, not training material.
Where does our data live?
Wherever possible we build inside your own accounts and infrastructure, so your data stays where it already lives. Where a hosted component is needed, we choose Australian regions when required. The scalify.au website itself runs on Vercel, with Google Analytics 4 for page statistics.
Who can access it?
As few people as possible. We work on least-privilege access, inside accounts and credentials you own, and our access is removed at handover. You own everything we build, including the keys.
If a vendor cannot tell you where your data goes, that is your answer. Ours is: it stays yours, in your systems, under your keys.
What about backups and continuity?
Your builds live in your own systems and in version control you own, so nothing is locked to Scalify. If we disappeared tomorrow, your systems would keep running, and any competent developer could pick them up.
How do we raise a security question?
Email hello@scalify.au. It goes to the director, not a support queue, and you will get a straight answer in plain language.
