Which admin jobs can be automated?

Our data lives in spreadsheets and an old database. Is that a problem?
No, it is normal, and it is where we usually start. Spreadsheets are a rulebook for how your admin actually works. We build the automation around your existing systems: MYOB, Xero, Microsoft 365, spreadsheets and whatever industry software you already run, without making you replace anything.
Do we need new software for our team to learn?
No. The automation works behind the tools you already use. Your team keeps working the way they know, and the repetitive parts stop landing on their desk.
How long before we see results?
The first automation is typically live in weeks, not months, because we start with a single job with a clear payback rather than a big project. You see it working before you commit to more.
Does this work at 50 or 500 staff?
Yes. A 300-person company's quoting desk is still a five-person team, and admin runs in pockets like that across every department. We pilot in one department, prove the number, then expand. The size of the company changes the rollout, not the mechanics.
What happens to our data?
