A Scalify consultant talking a team through their AI plan in a boardroom

How we work with you.

Whatever we build, the way we work is the same: a straight conversation first, a fixed price, and something that pays for itself. There are two ways in, and you own everything at the end of both.

Two ways to work with us

You can train your team to use AI with confidence, or have us build the systems that do the work for you. Some businesses want the skill in-house, some want it done for them, and plenty want both. You can start with either, and you are never locked into one path.

We run every engagement from our Ardross office in Perth, for clients across WA and Australia-wide.

How an engagement runs

Whichever way you start, the shape is the same. We call it Scope. Build. Prove.

A conversation

A straight, twenty-minute chat about your business and where the work piles up. Free, and no pitch. If AI is not worth it for you, we will say so.

Scope

The first two weeks go into working out which jobs cost you the most, which are worth automating, and the figure against each, in plain language.

Build

We build the highest-value piece first, and it is live and working by about week eight. You see value early, not only at the very end.

Prove

We prove the system against the number we agreed, then hand it over inside about 90 days. Everything we build belongs to you, and we stay close as the business grows.

What you can count on

The same five things on every job, no matter which way you start or what we build. This is how we work, and it does not change.

What stays the same on every engagement
What you can count onWhat it means
Plain languageNo jargon, ever. You will always understand what we are building and why.
Fixed priceYou know the number before we start. No surprise bills.
You own everythingEvery system we build belongs to your business, source and all.
A person always in chargeAI does the repetitive work; your people keep the judgement.
Only what pays backWe build what earns its place, and tell you what does not.
We would rather build one thing that pays for itself than ten that look impressive. Everything starts with whether it is actually worth doing.

Working with larger organisations

The way we work does not change at 50 staff or 500, but bigger organisations have their own questions. Here is where we stand on the four that come up most.

Your IT and security teams

We work alongside them, not around them. Access is agreed up front, changes go through your process, and nothing goes live without their sign-off.

Data handling

Client data stays in your own systems and accounts, and it is not used to train public models. The full picture is on our security page.

Departmental pilots

Inside a 500-person company, the quoting desk is still five people. We start in one department, prove the number, then expand department by department.

The commercials

Fixed price, clear deliverables, and you own the IP. Procurement teams tend to like our paperwork because the terms are simple.

Common questions

Do I need to know what I want before we talk?

No. Most people know AI could help somewhere but not where. Working that out is the first thing we do, together, in plain language.

Is it really fixed price?

Yes. We agree the number before we start, so there are no surprise bills. You know what it costs and what you get.

What if I only want training, not a build?

That is one of the two ways we work. We are happy to train your team and leave the building to them, or do both. It is your call.

Start with a conversation.

No pitch, no obligation. Tell us how your business runs, and we will tell you honestly where AI could help, in plain language.
