What does Copilot training cover?
Your team learns Copilot inside the Microsoft apps they use all day: drafting in Word, working with numbers in Excel, clearing email in Outlook and catching up on meetings in Teams. All of it practised on their own documents, so they leave with new habits, not a page of notes.
Most companies we talk to are paying for Copilot licences that barely get opened: bought after an impressive demo, tried for a week by the keen few, then left to sit while everyone goes back to the old way. What is the difference between Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Copilot Chat is the free chat tool, and it cannot see inside your company's files. Microsoft 365 Copilot is the paid version that works inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, using your own documents, email and meetings. Why does Copilot need training if it is built in?
Because a button nobody presses saves nothing. Copilot only pays off when people change how they start a document, an email or a meeting follow-up, and habits do not change from a launch announcement. The workshop builds those habits on each person's real work, role by role.

Do we need to be technical?
No. If your team can use Word and Outlook, they can learn Copilot. We keep the whole session in plain language and work on jobs they already know inside out, so the only new thing in the room is how much of the job Copilot can carry.
Is our data safe with Copilot?
Copilot works within the permissions your business already has in Microsoft 365, so each person can only reach what they could already reach. Your data is not used to train the AI. We go through the settings with your IT before the day, and the workshop covers simple rules for sensible use.

Do we need Copilot licences before the workshop?
You need Microsoft 365. Before you spend anything on Copilot licences, we help you work out which ones are worth buying and for whom, because not every seat needs one on day one.
Which apps does the training cover?
Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams are the core, because that is where most office time goes. We shape the mix to your team: heavy Excel users get more Excel, an email-buried team gets more Outlook.
How long is the workshop, and what do we need to set up?
Workshops run in half-day or full-day formats, for groups of six to twelve, onsite in Perth or live remote Australia-wide. We send a short IT checklist beforehand, accounts provisioned and sample documents approved, so the day itself is all practice.
Can you train several departments?
