A trainer presenting ChatGPT workflows to a room of staff

ChatGPT training for Perth and Australian teams, on your real work.

ChatGPT is the AI tool most of your team has already tried. Very few use it well. Our workshop takes the jobs they do every day, the drafting, summarising, replying and reporting, and shows them how to hand the repetitive parts to ChatGPT properly.

What does ChatGPT training actually cover?

Your team learns ChatGPT on their own real work, not generic examples. They practise writing instructions it can follow reliably, learn to check and correct its output, and by the end of the workshop each person has built a working ChatGPT assistant for one of their everyday jobs.

Most people type a question into ChatGPT, get a middling answer, and quietly decide the whole thing is overhyped. The gap between that experience and someone who uses it well every day is not talent, it is training. Once your team knows how to give it their context, their examples and their standards, the answers stop being middling.

Is ChatGPT the right tool for your team?

For most teams, yes. ChatGPT is the best all-rounder and the natural starting point. If your business lives inside Microsoft 365, look at our Copilot training. If the work is long documents like tenders and contracts, look at our Claude training. We train on all three and will tell you straight which fits.

Everyone has opened ChatGPT and asked it a question. Almost nobody has sat down and taught it their actual job. That second thing is where the time comes back.

What is a Custom GPT, and why does your team want one?

A Custom GPT is a reusable assistant you set up once for one job, with its own instructions and reference material, and no code. A quoting assistant, a report drafter, a proposal checker. In the workshop each person builds one for a job they actually do, and it is still there working the next morning.

This is the difference between a good session and a good habit. Notes get filed and forgotten. An assistant that already knows the job sits one click away, and every time someone uses it, the training pays again.

How the workshop runs

Built around your team's real work, not a slideshow.

Before: we learn your work

We find out what your team actually does day to day, so the workshop is built around your real tasks, not generic ones.

During: we build together

Each person works on one of their own jobs, learns to instruct ChatGPT properly, and builds a Custom GPT for it, with us beside them the whole way.

Everyone leaves with a working assistant

Not notes. A Custom GPT that already does part of their job, ready to use the next morning.

After: it keeps paying off

The skills stay with your team, so they keep spotting the repetitive work and building assistants for it long after the workshop.

Do we need to be technical?

No. The whole workshop is designed for people who are not technical. We keep it in plain language, work on jobs your team already knows inside out, and handle the complicated parts so they can focus on what to hand over, not how any of it works underneath.

Is our company data safe in ChatGPT?

On a business plan, what your team types is not used to train the AI. We set up the right plan and settings with you before the workshop, and the session itself covers simple rules for what should and should not go into any AI tool. Sensible habits, not fear.

Teams we've trained

One Perth operations team arrived doing everything by hand and left with three working automations built on their own live work. The morning after a good workshop, the assistants are already carrying part of the job. That is the result we aim every session at.

Common questions

Do we need paid ChatGPT accounts for the training?

A standard business plan is enough, and we help you choose and set it up before the day. We will tell you straight which plan your team actually needs rather than the most expensive one.

What if some of the team have never used ChatGPT?

That is fine, and common. The workshop is designed for beginners and sceptics as much as for the keen ones. Everyone works on a job they already know inside out, so nobody is lost in the technology.

How long is the workshop, and what do we need to set up?

Workshops run in half-day or full-day formats, for groups of six to twelve, onsite in Perth or live remote Australia-wide. We send a short IT checklist beforehand, accounts provisioned and sample documents approved, so the day itself is all hands-on.

Where do you run it?

We run workshops in person and remotely, for teams across Australia, from our base in Ardross in Perth.

Want a team that actually uses ChatGPT, not just talks about it?

Tell us what your team does day to day, and we will run a workshop where they hand the repetitive parts to ChatGPT. In plain language, with no pitch.
