The AI audit: what AI is worth in your business, in dollars.

Half a day in your business. Three days later: a roadmap of the 3 to 5 processes worth automating, what each saves a year, and a working demo of the first one running on your real work.

What is an AI audit?

Everybody likes AI. Everyone finds it fascinating. Almost nobody knows where to start getting it into their business. That is what the audit is for.

And it is moving without you: 43% of Australian businesses were already using AI by early 2026, up from roughly a third a year earlier, on the federal government's own adoption tracker. The gap between the businesses acting and the businesses watching compounds every month.

We come to your business for half a day. We look at how everything is set up and structured: the software you run, the sales process, the CRM, the admin. We speak to your staff. We ask questions. Then we build a process map of the entire business.

Sales process
CRM and follow-ups
Quoting
Admin and forms
Reporting
The software you run
One process map
Your whole business, end to end

Three days later you get the full roadmap and AI strategy: how to bring AI into the business, where we would start, what it costs and what it returns, with a proposal ready to act on. Go ahead, and the audit fee comes off the build.

AI has a serious case of shiny object syndrome. Something new comes out every week, everybody piles on top of it, and every bit of it is apparently going to automate your whole business and change your life. Most of the time it will not. I will say it straight: a lot of what is sold as AI right now is bullshit.

The audit exists to cut through that. What is worth automating in your business, what is not, and what it returns. If the honest answer is that AI is not worth it for you yet, that is the answer you get, in writing.

How long does it take, and what do you need from us?

Half a day on site, less for a small office, more for a large one. Three days later you have the roadmap and the demo. We need time with the people doing the work and a look at the systems it runs through, nothing more.

Is our data safe and secure?

Yes. Everything we see stays in your systems and your accounts. Anything we build runs on OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft models under business terms, so your data is not used to train public models. The full detail is on our security page.

How much does it cost?

It is custom to each business, but it starts from $1,000 + GST. Go ahead with the build and the audit fee comes off it.

What do you get?

Two things, three days after the visit.

The roadmap

  • Every process we mapped, and what each one costs you now, in hours and dollars
  • The 3 to 5 worth automating, ranked by what they return
  • Where we would start, and why
  • Where automation stops and your people stay, per process
  • What each build costs, how long it takes, and a proposal ready to sign or file

The working demo

  • One process from the roadmap, actually built
  • Running on your real work, not sample data
  • Shown to you and your team, live
  • So you decide watching it run, not reading about it

The roadmap is yours either way: act on it with us, with someone else, or not at all.

Is it worth it?

That is exactly what the audit answers, with your numbers, before you commit to anything. It ends one of two ways:

If the numbers clear

We build the highest-return process first, live in weeks rather than months, and grow from there. You own everything we build: the system, the accounts and the code, with no lock-in.

If they do not

The roadmap says why, and finding that out cost you half a day.
