What are AI integration services?
AI integration is the work of connecting AI to the software your business already runs, so it can read real jobs out of your systems and write results back, instead of living in a chat window. In practice that means wiring AI into accounting, email, Microsoft 365, job management and industry software, with a person at the checkpoints where judgement matters. It is the difference between a clever demo and a system that does work.
Most stalled AI projects stall exactly here. The pilot worked, the demo impressed everyone, and then nothing shipped, because the AI could not see the quote requests in the inbox, the rates in the estimating package or the purchase orders in MYOB. Getting data out of the systems where it lives, getting results back in, and keeping the whole thing honest is most of the project, and it is the part we treat as home ground. It is also what turns a one-off experiment into AI automation that runs a job end to end, every day, without anyone pushing it.
Can AI really connect to the software we already run?
Almost always, yes, though how depends on the software. Modern cloud systems have proper APIs and connect cleanly. MYOB and Xero have well-worn APIs we use constantly. Older desktop and industry software often has no API at all, so we work through exports, watched folders and email instead. The honest exception: some systems are not worth connecting to, and we say so before you spend anything.

The AI is the quick part. The real work is getting it to read a job out of your systems and write the answer back without breaking anything.
What if our software has no API?
Then we use the doors it does have. Almost every system can export a file, print a report, or send and receive email, and AI can work through all of them. We have connected AI to industry software older than the staff using it with nothing more than a nightly export and a watched folder. And where a system has no usable door at all, we say so plainly rather than sell you a fragile workaround.
Here is the shape of it in practice. Quote requests arrive by email. AI reads each one, pulls rates from an export out of the estimating package, drafts the quote in your template and puts it in front of a person to check and send. The estimating package never knew anything happened. The same pattern handles purchase orders arriving as PDFs, supplier onboarding forms, and the monthly figures someone currently retypes between two systems that have never spoken. The AI prepares; a person approves; nothing important happens unwatched.

How do you keep integrations from breaking?
By assuming they will, and building for it. Every integration we ship monitors itself and raises an alert when a connection fails, a format shifts or a vendor update changes something. Affected work lands in a visible queue for a person instead of disappearing quietly. And ownership is written down before go-live, so everyone knows who fixes what, on what terms.
The failure that costs real money is the quiet one: a connection that broke three weeks ago while everyone assumed the automation was doing its job. That is why nothing we build fails silently, and why the alert reaches us at the same time it reaches you. Software vendors will keep updating their products; an integration built expecting that is a small maintenance item, not a crisis.
Who owns the integration afterwards?
You do. Everything we build is yours: the code, the accounts, the documentation and the keys. Support is optional and quoted separately, so you can keep us on, hand it to your IT provider, or run it yourself. If Scalify shut its doors tomorrow, your integration would not notice.

Common questions
Can you integrate AI with MYOB or Xero?
Yes, and we do it constantly. Both have solid APIs, so AI can read invoices, bills, contacts and purchase orders and write drafts back under your own account. Anything that moves money goes through a person for approval before it is posted.
What about our industry-specific software?
Usually yes. If it has an API we connect directly. If it does not, we work through exports, watched folders and email, which most industry software supports even when it is decades old. If a system genuinely has no way in, we say so before any money changes hands.
What happens when one of our systems gets updated?
Sometimes an update changes a format or an API, and that can break a connection. We build every integration to notice: it monitors itself, raises an alert, and queues the affected work for a person instead of failing silently. Fixes are usually small when they are caught the same day.
Do we end up locked into you?
No. You own everything we build, including the code, the accounts and the documentation. Ongoing support is optional and quoted separately, and you are free to have your own IT provider maintain it instead. Lock-in is the business model we set out to avoid.
How do you test before going live?
Against your real work. We run the integration on last month's actual quotes, orders or invoices, compare its output with what your team produced, and fix the gaps before it touches anything live. Then it runs in parallel with a person checking, until the numbers earn the trust.
Can AI work with paper forms and PDFs?
Yes. Reading documents is one of the things modern AI does best: delivery dockets, supplier invoices, application forms and scanned paperwork can be read and typed into your systems automatically. Anything the AI is unsure about gets flagged for a person rather than guessed.
What does integration cost?
A set figure, quoted once we have seen the systems involved. The scope sets the number: one connection doing one job costs far less than wiring four systems together. The figure you approve is the figure you pay.
