Stop Renting Perth gets renters into first homes. An AI app keeps every buyer on track.

Stop Renting Perth helps renters become first home owners. We trained their team on AI and helped them automate the repetitive admin. Then we built them an app with AI throughout it, tracking each buyer's savings, showing exactly what to put away, and keeping the whole program visible on one dashboard.

What does Stop Renting Perth do?

They take people who are renting and get them into a first home of their own. A buyer joins the program, sets a savings plan with a consultant, and works toward their deposit with support the whole way: coaching, broker reviews and a clear path to building their home.

The hard part of that business is not the paperwork at the end. It is the year in the middle, where a buyer has to keep saving, fortnight after fortnight, while life gets in the way. Between check-ins, the team could not easily see who was quietly falling behind, and buyers could not easily see where they stood. Progress lived in spreadsheets, and keeping everyone moving meant a lot of manual follow-up.

Buyers used to call us to ask where they were at. Now they open the app and see it, and we see who needs a call before they know they need one.

Saving a deposit is a year of small decisions. The app makes every fortnight concrete: here is where you are, here is what to put away next. Nobody drifts quietly off the plan anymore.

What changed after the AI training?

The team learned to use AI properly and to be efficient with it, and then automated a stack of their own repetitive tasks. The follow-ups, documents and admin that filled the week now largely run themselves, which freed the team to spend their time where it matters, with buyers.

Same pattern we see everywhere: the people doing the work know exactly which tasks are repetitive, so once they can use AI well, the automation ideas come from them. Our job was to show them what the tools can do and how to build with them safely.

What did we build?

An app for the buyers, with AI built through it. Each buyer signs in to their own account and sees their deposit goal, what they have saved, and exactly how they are tracking against their plan. They log their savings each fortnight, message their consultant, see their milestones and upcoming appointments, and get a clear picture of what renting is costing them while they wait.

The AI is there to keep people on track. It watches each buyer's progress against their plan, and when someone slips behind it works out the exact amount per fortnight that catches them up, and says so plainly. On the other side, it keeps the team's admin and dashboards up to date, so the program manager can see every buyer at a glance: who is ahead, who is behind, who has gone quiet.

How does the app keep buyers on track?

Fortnight by fortnight. Every check-in shows the buyer their balance, their target for that point in the plan, and the gap, ahead or behind. Fall behind and the app shows the catch-up amount that puts things right. The buyer's consultant sees the same picture, so support arrives when it is needed rather than at the next scheduled call.

The app is not giving financial advice, and it is not replacing the consultant. The plan comes from a person, and a person stays in the loop the whole way. What the app removes is the fog in between: the months where nobody was quite sure how it was going. It also keeps buyers clear of the traps that hurt a loan application, the new credit card, the changed job at the wrong moment, so fewer surprises turn up at approval time.

Could this work for other businesses?

Yes. Any business that guides customers through a long process, brokers, coaches, training providers, financial services, has the same problem: customers drift between check-ins, and the team finds out late. An app with AI watching progress closes that gap for both sides.

We build these around how your program actually runs, your milestones, your cadence, your people, so it fits the way you already work. There is more on this in custom development and corporate AI training.

Common questions

What does the AI in the Stop Renting Perth app do?

It watches each buyer's savings against their plan and keeps them on track. If someone falls behind, it works out exactly what to put aside each fortnight to catch up, and it keeps the team's dashboards up to date so a consultant can see who needs a call before they have to ask.

Is the app giving financial advice?

No. Each buyer's savings plan is set with their consultant. The app tracks progress against that plan, shows where things stand and keeps the buyer moving, and a person stays involved the whole way through.

Where does buyer information live?

In the program's own secure database. Every buyer signs in to their own account and can only ever see their own information, and the Stop Renting Perth team sees what they need to support them.

What happens if a buyer falls behind on savings?

The app shows it straight away, to the buyer and to the team. The buyer sees the exact catch-up amount per fortnight that puts them back on plan, and their consultant sees who is drifting and steps in early, instead of finding out months later.
